When the customer prints a document set to print on 11x17" paper the machine prints it on 8.5x11". If the exact same document is printed via the PCL driver it auto-selects perfectly. But if printed via the PS driver it never selects 11x17". Any suggestions? | ||

You might try the KX driver v. 5.1.1405 KX driver v. 5.0 has some known bugs. Is there any reason that you can't continue to use PCL emulation? =^..^= =^..^= | |||
