I have a 5030 printer when a print is made the machine pulls a JF0. The print exits the fuser and stops and pulls a jam. Every time has any one seen this?

does it make it to the exit switch, and the back door interlock pin could be melted and when the the paper exits the fuser it will push on the back door and jam

A JF0 is the top paper tray exit/full switch is bad.
