C3225 has no yellow. never has out of the box.
Things I have tried 1- change dev. unit 2- swap drum units around 3- swap dev. drive motors 4- upgrade firmware several times 5- swap laser units 6- swap engine boards 7- swap main boards 8- tried new trans. belt ass'y 9- said a few nasty words nothing made any difference |

Pull out the y main main charge roller and
stop the paper 11x17 in the machine and see if toner is on the drum, trans belt

There is no toner on the drum or transfer unit belt.
