We have a 2520, the touch screen is locked up. The individual # keys work, it is just the touch screen. We swapped one out with a parts machine, and that didn't work. Any thoughts?/ Thanks.

did you flash the firmware yet the new version has op panel updates on it

Did you try initializing the touch screen, sim 201? If that dosent's work, not such a long shot, that the operation tablet is bad. Your dumb luck to have both bad. They are known to be bad on that series machines, due to excessive heat and humidity. Part # 302FB25191 currently on backorder.

Check for crud under the screen. i slide my knife under the screen when this happens. Has worked so far
