Put one out last mounth and stated to print light from scans. Ran auto gray and the print come out fine.The machine did not ask for the auto gray to run and the machine has very low count on it. Is any one running in to this?

"Print light from scans"? Are you talking about copies or actually printing a scanned image file? I wouldn't expect the printout of a scanned image to be very good if it was a low resolution scan to begin with. That would be kind of like making a copy of a copy. Are these high resolution scans we're talking about?
