Has anybody had problems with above machine fitted with DU-301? Problem I am having is first page prints fine but second page looks like it arives about 5mm late to the transfer belt.
This machine is only new with 2600 prints on it.
any suggestions?

sounds like a dirty registration sensor or feed clucth, which tray are the customer using tray 1 or 2? need more feed back...

Reg sensor is spotless as is a new machine. this machine is a standard on a duplex so tray 1 is the focus. the second side is late by a CONSTANT 5mm which steered me away from the clutch.

Yessir, also changed stock to heavy 3 to really slow it down, no change again.
I am going to head back to the site with a replacment duplex unit if i can find one...
