I was told the new firmware should be avail March 25th by our regional service manager. The firmware is mostly to add features back in that they took out (for whatever reason). Have you noticed that you can no longer booklet fold a single piece of paper? You could on the Voyager's.

I assume "criss cross" means rotate sort? The 500ci series wasn't released with this feature??

What sort of major fax issues are you having? It doesn't look as if this update addresses alot of problems regarding faxing.

Are you sure it's the machine thats making them hate you? Wink Just kidding but maybe a new deoderant just in case. OK OK still kidding. We have one out with fax and had a problem with it locking up but not sure it had anything to do with the fax. Our tech went out and was told by our tech rep to reseat the connectors for the op panel. That seemed to help. A few weeks later the customer said they thought we were comming back with a part and said is was still locking up. They stated that when it locked up they would lift up on the edge of the op panel and it would work. When we went out it would not fail and we updated the firmware to the latest at that time. The one just before 4.0. We haven't heard anything since then. He's going out tomorrow with the 4.0 firmware AND new deoderant just in case.
