c2202 code keeps coming back every couple day replaced cyan drum motor ,dv, and drum unit tech support has no new ideas except update machine which has newest or moter relay pcb but they dont know if that work ant idaes

Have you rechecked the new cyan drum unit to confirm that the waste auger is carrying away the waste toner?

There really isn't that much being driven by the cyan drum unit. Just the cyan drum. Have you tried turning the motor/drum by hand to check for excessive drag?

Beyond that, all I can think of is a motor driver issue, but they're so rare.

Maybe a power issue. Have you checked the power?
