Black void approximately 4 inches wide lead to trail, long edge feed. Have machine in shop and unable to duplicate. Customer states it is usually first print of day and after that all are good. Does not happen everyday or just first thing, usually after machine has gone to sleep and been inactive for awhile. Can see no stalling in the black dev or clean motors which would make sense as I have run over 400 pages and all are good. Thanks for any help. Machine has just under 22k on it.

Clean the filters and replace the black dev unit.
