wE JUST INSTALLED A NEW 552CI WITH A DP-650 DOCUMENT PROCESSOR. Everything looks good except when you use the document feeder, Off the glass copy quality is great and prints out of memory are good also but when you stick a piece of paper in the doc feeder it blows the image off the page in the sub scan direction.if you zoom in or out it will not change the image it has the same amount of text on the page whether you are zooming at 50 or 200%. It appears that the magnification is off but it does not help one bit to adjust it in simulation mode. Has anyone seen this problem or had anything similar?
Had the same problem on a 520i when we installed the non "B" version feeder by mistake, if the 552 takes only the "B" version that would be your problem.

We tried to update firmware but it would not allow it. We kept getting a Main CPU error. I am hoping it is just a problem with the USB Drive and I will try another one on Monday.
