Help-I have KM-C3232 giving a C9510 code and C220 after I tried to update firmware. I even did the boot before the firmware on a seperate CF card. Now I cant even reload the firmware. Any ideas

If you hold down one of the keys on bootup, I think it is the interupt key you can force the machine to boot from CF card. You have to hold it down for quite a while.
I figure out how to do the force boot like you said but when I tried to do the force firmware, the copier would lock up in erasing scan. Well anyway I figured out since the C9510 code is a couterfeit code and the C220 is a scan communication error to the main pcb, I went ahead and replaced the scan pcb which fixed the problem. I was eveen able to reflash the firmware with no problems.
