i have a 550 in our print shop, the images are coming out crooked. one edge will be on, and then the other will be off by 3/8 of an inch. the paper is correct in the drawer. drums and belt has been replaced.

does anyone know how to make image adjustments on these Kyoshibas?

I had this also. I was able to get the skew down to about 1mm. Do all the image dimensional adjs. in the service handbook section 3.1.7 and do the Adjustment of the degree of the transfer belt unit parallelization in section 3.10.1. After you move the tran belt do the forced color reg. to see how much the imaged moved, then you may have to do the image dimensional adj. again.
