When printing multiples, It will turn the image the other direction mid printing. Turning it off and on fixes it. Tried Firmware and a new Print HDD. They have a 4035E right next to it, doesn't do it.

In case you didn't know, the EP320 is the FS C8100DN

ZIG, no responded because no one knew what a EP320 was!!!! Now that we know it's a KM you will see some responses.
The first thing I would check is the cassette connectors, make sure there wasn't a jam behind the cassette and then it was pushed back in, mashing the paper into the connectors.

I've seen the slide paper size PWB in the tray get dirty and cause image orientation issues too.

Thanks for the input. Did check those connectors, I'll check again (eyes aren't as good as they used to be). Cust. did say it happens from all trays and bypass. Everytime I run this machine, I never get the problem. I even copied the driver and ported it to the 4035E and it ran fine for them.
