I have a brand new 500ci that got the power pulled on it during 8.01 update.I tried switching to boot, then back to normal and reloading firmware. Still no go. Just sits at welcome screen then eventually goes to CF000.So far tech services not much help. I even tried going back to old firmware first. Still nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Had 2. Both recovered with boot switch and then firmware dim and upgrade to Ver 8.01.

I had a power outage during flashing a CS-250ci. The Hi-Voltage firmware showed as the one that failed, but it was the engine firmware that was corrupt.

After a few attempts the hotline provided me with a couple special firmware files that had only engine firmware and a file to make it run. Once it took the engine firmware I was able to load the combined firmware (it was v. 7.0).

When the power went out the secretary said "Don't worry. It will be back on in a second. It's been doing that all day long.... Why? What's the matter?" =^..^=
