i have a 4050 hooked to an equtrac pay station system and is giving me an cf620 code when it trying to print. unplug the network line and it will run all day. it only lck up when a print job comes in. any suggestions

Try upgrading firmware. There was a bug in an earlier version.

connect ur laptop to the copier set-up driver then try...lets hear the outcome...reply...
