Hi All,

I have a customers c5300dn printer that is stuck on "clean printer" "press go" on pressing the go button the machine just beeps but does not clear the code.

anyone had this??

Try this:

Unplug the power cord; check all the toner cartridges, then re-attatch the power cord and power the printer back on.

You may want to flash the firmware if this does not correct the problem.
