Can anyone tell me if they have seen a service
manual on KMA Connect for this item. I can find
a DP-700 but I wanted to download a DP-710 manual to
troubleshoot a KM-C4035E.

The DP-710 manual is bundled in with the JS-710,PF-710,PF-750 and DF-730.

Just a followup.
I did find the combined PARTS manual but no Service manual under all resources of KM-C4035E
at KMA CONNECT site.It wouldn't be the first time that it can be found in the USA site but not here in Canada.
I will phone today but if anyone cares to email me the
document I would really appreciate.

Look under the resources for the "NON E" series manuals. IE: KM-C3232

I just checked and it is under the KM-C3232E all resources, manuals, right after DP-710 Installation Guide. Don't know why you can't see it....

Has anybody from the great white north found out why we can't find the manuals for the DP-710 on KMAconnect from Canada? This is prejudice. Geez!

This isn't the only info that doesn't appear on Canadian KMAconnect. I usually have much more satisfaction dealing with USA.
