have you tried from tray 2? the error is concerning tray 1 (which i know you already knew)

No LNORRIS thats a good idea. I'll rationalize my defense that it was Monday morning. I did read abaut a change to the spacer that the white arm of the SOF hits, the size change of the spacer opens the gate wider keeping it out of the way of paper lead edge. Also will do firmware for timing issues. So far thats what I'm going with Thank You
