ok guys I trying to find out what causes the transfer belt to shred at the front edge. I know Kyo sent out a pub with the blk dv unit causing the issue so they installed the felt tab. I went out to a 400ci and the felts where there. I noticed if you remove the fan plate I notice that on the back side it had a cushin but not the front. I also notice the belt looks like it rubbing on it. Now I dont know if its falling off and depositing somewhere in the machine or what. If you guys run across this please let me know. Im playing Dr. House lol my favorite program.

Tech bul #5 you have to install new felt tabs in aprox 5mm for this issue

i guess you didnt see were I told you it had the the new felt tabs. you must read carefully

The felt pads were incorrectly placed at the factory on some of the units. They may be there but in the wrong place. Read the bulletin for correct placement to verify.
