It happens when duplexing only, the end or paper gets stuck at the exit section, looks like timing issue, anyone familiar with this problem?

Theres a bulletin or QA on this. Had it happen to me the actuator arm in the duplex section gets stuck. Have to take it apart and trim one of the ribs close to it if I remember correctly.

look at the manufactured date if it is below 9y then you have to do the update mentioned above.

I had to trim that rib also, it is a project.

been fighting a machine doing this. tech rep said it was the spring causing the prob. i couldnt get the spring to change the tension.

If you work with the door in your lap and work from there it only takes 20 minutes to do the Modification.
