Hi Techboy, Thanks for the info about the document feeder connector possibly causing C0630 error. How do you clear the code when that happens? As you may have read, when I got that code I had to run sim U024 to clear it. Is there an easier way? I should mention that I did first try sim U906 but that didn't clear the code.

My blue line is lead edge to trail edge. I just received my new drum unit this morning and I will be going out to put it in today.

Just turn the machine off - reconnect the loom connector and turn the machine back on. As for the firmware, as long as you run sim 464 (AC Calibration)then 425 then 411 and lastly 410(Grey adjust) all wil be OK. KYO.... only state sim 464 but i have found, if you do all these then it will maintain better copy quality. Best of luck......

OOPS ,I forgot one. Between the 411 and 410, run sin 412, a new one as you know. this is for an even copy front to back (not lead to trail dumb.......)
