Hi Guys,

I have i have a problem at hand, where my TA3050ci prints a light background behind their logo in a Powerpoint presentation.

Now first thing you would think is that it is the image. But, we tried it to the TA250ci next to it and it prints fine.

Both are using the v5.3 KX driver,
Updated F/W
Calibrated Machine
Tried the Doc on my Showroom printer, and it prints fine.
Tried it on the TA250ci at the client, and it prints fine.

I dont know what else to tell this client.

Anyone ever had this issue before?
