Looks like it might be a good option for B-C low volume customers.

Experience from a service or user viewpoint?

Primarily service - operating cost, reliability etc.
They look to be pretty good bang for your buck cost wise - but I haven't seen any operating costs (much less whether or not anything goes full yield on them).
